Research Question
Can we anticipate the impacts of global change and local human activities on ecosystem services by using food-web analysis and examining ecosystem functioning?

Currently pursuing a PhD at Ghent University and the Royal Belgian Institute of Natural Sciences as part of the METRIC project, with the objective to gain an understanding of how both global change and local human activities impact ecosystem services integrating elements of food-web topology and ecosystem functioning.
