Research Question
How do nematodes coexist and how do they influence bacterial-mediated biogeochemical cycles?
My PhD research aimed to investigate resource partitioning and dispersal as mediators of coexistence of nematodes across different levels of relatedness. I am also studying the interactions between nematodes and bacteria using a metatranscriptomics approach to determine how nematodes impact bacterial-mediated biogeochemical cycles.
