For the digital edition of the ‘Dag van de Wetenschap’ (Science day) together with Scriptie vzw developed the game “Red e paling/Save the eel”.

Dive under water to help Angie the eel into the sea so she can go reproduce in an area 7000 km from Belgium.

When you play the game, you get to learn more about this wonderful but critically endangered species. Not only about the problems she faces during her migration, but also some interesting fun facts. Did you know that eels migrate 7000 km without feeding, relying on nothing but there fat reserves and even parts of their skeleton?
